As our Office Assistant, you would be vital to keeping things moving smoothly, ensuring our office is a space where everything works seamlessly, and our team can focus on doing their best work. Whether it’s fixing the little things before anyone notices, keeping our office functional, or jumping in to help the team, you’ll be a key part of making our workplace a joy to be in.

You get that the smallest details like making sure there’s milk in the fridge, can make or break someone’s day. By keeping the office humming, organised, and running like a well-oiled machine, you’ll help create tidy spaces, smooth processes, and an environment where everyone has what they need to succeed.

If you were with us for a week, here’s a snapshot of what you might have done...

  • Tackled the daily essentials: Kept the kitchen tidy, unloaded the dishwasher, restocked snacks, and ensured the rubbish and recycling were taken out.
  • Made things flow smoothly: Prepared a meeting room for guests, ordered extra shipping supplies, or checked the printers were stocked and ready to go.
  • Kept things functional: Coordinated a tradesperson to fix a small issue before it became a big one.
  • Stayed on top of admin: Sorted and scanned the mail, checked voicemails, and passed messages to the right people.
  • Jumped in where needed: Met with our Bells Beach Office Assistant to coordinate a process or streamline ordering.

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a casual role based in our Collingwood office with full time hours. We're also open to candidates seeking part-time hours, provided they are available to work five days a week.

菲茨羅伊 (Fitzroy)
