Digital Content Coordinator

We offer our products on our own website in nine languages, on over 15 digital marketplaces, and maintain a social presence across multiple channels and languages around the world.

Our Digital Content Coordinator is vital in helping us spread the Bellroy brand across the globe. You won't be creating the content, instead you’ll work with a cross-functional team to maintain and deploy localised content for and our digital marketplaces. You’ll coordinate with our crew of copywriters, developers & translators to make sure our product content is available at the right time, in the right places. You’ll keep your eagle eye on our (online) storefronts, plugging any holes, fixing any mishaps and encouraging your remote team to do the same.

Experience in the digital world, project coordination, Amazon or content management systems would be beneficial in this role but are not required. We’re happy to teach you the technical skills as long as this is an area you are interested in taking your career.

  • Want to learn about Amazon and other digital marketplace portals. You might have recently graduated or have a couple years of professional experience under your belt and looking to use your skills to apply to a different role (we are open to different backgrounds)
  • Communicate and work well with others, you’ll work cross functionally within Bellroy and will have responsibility for 3 assistants who will support you
  • Are organised and analytical, with great attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and are logical and careful when decision-making
  • Know your way around a computer and love a good spreadsheet
  • Want to work within a fast-paced, agile environment where you can autonomously update processes as they become necessary
  • The desire to work for a company that cares about doing good things for the world


  • Launched a new product on having collated product information, images, copy and uploaded them to our in-house backend systems, as well as coordinated our remote team to launch the product on Amazon’s ‘Seller Central’ for all six languages.
  • Worked on a spreadsheet that improves the upload process of new product information to Amazon.
  • Gathered copy from our creative team, and prepared the relevant files for import into our systems.
  • Coordinated our translators to ensure the copy for a new product is translated into all 9 languages by the deadline.
  • Conducted a pricing audit to ensure we’re showing accurate pricing on our Digital Marketplaces globally.
  • Audited your collection of digital content and assets to make sure everything was in order.

Our beach HQ sits behind giant sandstone cliffs that overlook one of Australia’s best-known surfing coastlines. It’s where our Product Designers experiment in the Maker Lab, and our Sales team consume awesome amounts of espresso and Skype bandwidth. Things are more tranquil here than our Fitzroy neighbours and we like the focus that can create. There’s a cafe right next door if you need a quick bite and our 11am surf check always provides the perfect chance to reset the mind with some salt air.


Our Fitzroy space is immersed in the middle of Melbourne’s creative hub. It’s where our Creative, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams develop campaigns and ensure each Bellroy is sent safely across the world. Walk out the door and you’ll find streets bursting with energy (and the best ramen joint this side of Tokyo). There’s also an olympic-size pool just around the corner for those in need of a lunchtime refresh.


Outside of our two main headquarters we have a team that works remotely - from Western Australia to parts of Asia, the USA and Europe. Being global is at the heart of Bellroy, it keeps us connected, and makes sure we see life from many different perspectives.
